1. Make directories in USB memory stick on PC


/LG_DTV/logbuffering/log
/LG_DTV/logbuffering/etc
/LG_DTV/logbuffering/bugreport
/LG_DTV/logbuffering/netlog
```

1. Unzip the attachment and Copy it to USB memory stick

/LG_DTV/logbuffering/pubkey_rds.pem request Hoteza team additionally

(If no pubkey_rds.pem in USB, we can not collect logs)

1. Insert USB memory stick on TV. If the message "USB Connected" toast appears, please wait about 10s(It is action for enabling debug mode)
2. Remove the USB memory stick(You must remove the USB on TV, if it is not, the PM log will not be collected)

5. Unplug the TV and plug it in, turn on the TV

1. Reproduce the issue
2. Insert USB to the TV
3. Wait about a minute
4. Share logs of above directories

When the test is completed, (in case of TVs in the field to make the TV normal status)

1. Remove /LG_DTV/logbuffering/pubkey_rds.pem

or another USB with no /LG_DTV/logbuffering/pubkey_rds.pem

1. Insert USB memory stick to recover setting values for log(It is action for disabling debug mode)

If the USB log was extracted successfully, tgz files would exist in the folder below.

logbuffering/etc/modelname/xxxx.tgz

**Caution :**

1. You must use one USB port on your TV for USB log extraction.
2. If the USB memory stick is set to multi-partition, the USB log will not be extracted normally.
    1. Please format USB memory stick to FAT32 and create LG_DTV.
