•	Please be aware that the webOS 23 model series TVs have a known issue with updating the CPU release version over the network (NSU) prior to & from v3.26.00 to v3.26.20, which can result in the TV being “bricked” and non-recoverable. This issue is fixed in CPU v3.26.20

•	So, if you are updating from any previous release up to an including v3.26.00 to v3.26.20, this can only be done using:
1-	USB file update at the TV
2-	Over the network update (unicast) using the …USB… file (not the NSU)

•	Updating these models over the RF coaxial network and Multicast IP can be only done using USB.

•	Once you are on 3.26.20 or above, you can do any method of updates, so normal operation is resumed:
1-	USB
2-	Over the network update (unicast) using the …NSU… 
3-	Delta files updates for RF and Multicast IP


•	PTC update can be done separately after you are on v3.26.20 or above


•	This applies to the following models webOS 23 Models:
